We have had a great time exploring colour and learning about artists. We have looked at the works of Kandinsky and Kusama and created our own works of art based on their creations. We have been using lots of circles in our art work and have had fun finding circles inside and outside. We have read a wide range of stories including Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See and Mix It Up. We also read lots of stories about Elmer and we made our own Elmer’s at the creation station. We loved our colour experiment, where we added water to skittles and then watched how the colour changed. Outside we have also been exploring adding small drops of water to sand, then watching how the properties change.
