P3M have been learning all about their new topic of Houses and Homes. They have learnt all of the different types of houses that we live in here in Northern Ireland, such as detached, semi-detached, flats and terraced houses.
For their art project, their task was to create a piece of perspective art of a street of terraced houses along a road that led into the sunset. To create the illusion, they learnt about perspective and how to use ruler to create this. They started by finding the centre of the page and used this point to help them along the way. They then used a ruler to create a row of terraced houses, a footpath and features on the house such as a door and windows.
