As part of our topic work about the farm and learning where our food comes from, we had a go at making our own butter. There was a lot of shaking involved, which was great fun, to some jaunty music! Then we separated the butter from the buttermilk, added a little bit of salt and spread it onto crackers to taste it. It was so good, lots of people were asking for seconds!
