Over the last couple of weeks P3D have had quite a few visitors to our classroom. First, Ruth the dentist came to teach us about different types of teeth and to give us advice on how to look after our teeth. She gave us all special toothpaste and stickers too. Then Paula the optometrist visited and taught us lots of facts about human eyes and and animals’ eyes. She also read us a funny story about a witch who wore glasses. Our latest visitors were baby Jake and his mum, Ursula, who came to Room 5 with our Roots of Empathy teacher, Alison. We learned a lot about how he is growing and learning - and he was so cute!
