It’s been a very exciting start to our school year as we’ve been busy choosing our new School Council members!
Every child who wanted to be a councillor made a bright and colourful poster to share their ideas. They told us why they would make a great councillor, from helping others in the playground, to bringing fun new ideas for the classroom. The posters were brilliant, and it was lovely to see how many children wanted to take part.
Then came the big moment… each class had their very own vote! Everyone got to choose who they thought would represent them best. Just like in a real election, it was fair, fun, and a little bit nerve-wracking too!
Now, we are proud to introduce our wonderful new School Councillors. They will help share children’s voices, bring ideas to teachers, and work hard to make our school an even happier place to be.
We are so proud of everyone who took part. Whether you made a poster, voted, or cheered on your friends. A big congratulations to our new councillors – you are going to be amazing!
