P3BM have been busy exploring The Gruffalo through Talk4Writing! We whipped up Gruffalo treats in ABL, created a story map, and even invented our own class creature -the mighty “Smurfalo.” The children then designed their own creatures and retold the story using masks in our own deep, dark wood. We even had a visit from the Gruffalo himself! Thanks to all these hands-on activities, the class did exceptionally well writing their own fantastic versions of the story.
