The P3s have been studying the topic of Transport and within that they have learnt all about the Titanic. They learnt lots of amazing facts and became experts in everything to do with Titanic.
During ABL, the pupils used their creative skills to make a picture of the Titanic sailing at sunset. They started by painting their background and learnt how to blend colours using a paintbrush. They then used the collaging technique to create the picture of the Titanic sailing on the ocean. The pupils also loved pretending to be first class passengers on the Titanic, role playing different famous people who were on board.
At the end of the topic, the pupils worked in groups to create a poster to showcase their learning. They worked as a team to make a poster, using their artistic skills to draw a picture of the Titanic then added a title and all of the facts that they had learnt.
