Our Talk for Writing unit in September is the famous story, “The Gruffalo” written by Julia Donaldson. We loved retelling the story using our class story map and even created our very own story maps. Our next step was to use our literacy skills to write some of the story. We remembered to use amazing punctuation and different spelling strategies.
The highlight of the unit so far was using A.I to help us create our own new character based on the Gruffalo. Check out some of our ideas……..can you guess which was our favourite? Next step…..create our own individual designs.
