Ahoy, mateys-set sail for a treasure-filled money math morning!🏴‍☠️

Our pirate-themed money maths morning was full of treasure-filled fun! 

Year 1 enjoyed making a treasure chest cut and stick craft and played a pirate shop game to practise making amount using coins. Year 2 created pirate origami hats, went digging for coins outside and played coin bingo. Year 3 played a more difficult bingo game and took part in an exciting outdoor money game. 

Throughout the day, all the classes visited the Treasure Cove to buy treats from the tuck shop with our 30p!
