This week in our topic of Houses and Homes, we travelled back in time. We compared and contrasted items from the past to today and had fun looking at artefacts. One area that we researched was cooking in the past. In Forest School, we got to experience what it would have been like to make toast over an open fire. We followed the very important safety rules, toasted our bread and enjoyed eating what we made.
