Our Year One children enjoyed a wonder trip to Streamvale farm where they had lots of exciting hands-on experiences. They loved seeing the animals up close and learning how they are cared for. We got to visit the milking parlour and discovered where milk comes from, how it is collected and how it is pasteurised. A highlight of the trip was the tractor ride to see the deer!
Many children commended on the way back to school that this was the ‘best day ever!’
